Провинция Саскачеван провела новый отбор кандидатов по направлению International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry

Провинциальная программа Саскачевана (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, SINP) выслала 466 приглашений подать документы на провинциальную номинации по направлению International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry. Примечательно, что это был первый отбор, который прошел через новую систему отбора кандидатов на иммиграцию Саскачевана Expression of Interest. 

Минимальный проходной балл в этом отборе был 68. Кроме того провинция в очередной раз обновила список востребованных профессий. 

В июле Иммиграционная служба Саскачевана объявила о новом процессе подачи заявок на провинциальный сертификат по двум своим самым востребованным направлениям - Saskatchewan Express Entry и Occupations In-Demand. Все иностранцы, желающие иммигрировать в  Саскачеван, теперь должны предварительно зарегистрировать заявку в электронной системе отбора SINP OASIS. 

У кандидатов, получивших приглашения, теперь есть 60 дней чтобы подать полный пакет документов на получение провинциальной номинации Саскачевана. После успешного рассмотрения документов и подтверждения номинации, они получат 600 дополнительных баллов в системе Express Entry. 

Требования к кандидату провинциальной программы SINP - International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry:

  • Легальный статус в Канаде (если в настоящее время находится на территории Канады) 
  • Профайл в иммиграционной системе отбора Express Entry, номер профайла и код, подтверждающий регистрацию в Job Bank (номер и код должны быть приложены к заявлению на провинциальную номинацию)
  • Соответствие языковым требованиям программы (результаты теста должны подтверждать языковые навыки указанные в Express Entry)
  • Диплом или сертификат об окончании однолетней (как минимум) послешкольной программы
  • Необходимый опыт работы связанный с областью обучения по высококвалифицированной специальности (NOC 0, A, или B), которая относится к списку востребованных специальностей провинции Саскачеван (см ниже):
    • Опыт работы как минимум один год за последние 10 лет по квалифицированной специальности (не ремесленные) или
    • Опыт работы как минимум 2 года за последние 5 лет по квалифицированной ремесленной специальности или
    • Опыт работы в Канаде как минимум один год за последние 3 года (ремесленные и неремесленные специальности)
  • Если специальность требует обязательной сертификации в провинции, подтверждение о соответствии от провинциального органа
  • Подтверждение лицензирующего органа Саскачевана, если работа требует обязательного лицензирования или сертификата
  • Квалификационный сертификат от провинции Саскачеван, если он необходим для работу по данной специальности
  • Достаточно финансов для переезда в провинцию
  • Минимум 60 из 100 по базовым характеристикам (возраст, образование, опыт работы и тд)

Provide a copy of valid licensure from the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP);

or

Provide a copy of the correspondence from SCoP outlining candidate's eligibility to apply to write the national certification exam related to a candidate's practice level.

2154 Land surveyors
Provide documentation from the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors (CBEPS) showing your “Candidate status” and eligibility to write the CBEPS candidate examinations.
7201 Contractors and supervisors, machining, metal forming, shaping and erecting trades and related occupations
For Express Entry applications, provide a Certificate of Qualification from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC), which requires a trade qualifier assessment (step 1) and requires individuals to write exams in Saskatchewan (step 2).

4151 Psychologists
Provide documentation from the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists showing your eligibility for provisional licensure.
4212 Social and community service workers
Provide your assessment of equivalency letter from the Canadian Association of Social Workers showing your foreign credential is equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor or Masters of Social Work.
4214 Early childhood educators and assistants
Provide documentation from the Ministry of Education showing your eligibility for Early Childhood Educator Certification.
3211 Medical laboratory technologists
Provide a copy of your valid licensure (temporary or provisional) from the Saskatchewan Society of Medical Laboratory Technologists (SSMLT).

NOTE: To determine eligibility for a SSMLT licence (temporary or provisional), SSMLT first requires a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) report from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science(CSMLS).
3216 Medical sonographers
Provide documentation from Sonography Canada showing your eligibility to challenge their qualifying examinations.

Or

Provide your Examination Confirmation Letter (ECL) or proof of Sonography Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). 

Note: ARDMS examinations can be written in various testing centres worldwide through Pearson VUE.

2123 Agricultural representatives, consultants and specialists

3215 Medical Radiation Technologists

Provide a copy of valid licensure (restricted or full) from the Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (SAMRT);

or

Provide a copy of the email from the SAMRT Registrar outlining candidate's eligibility to apply to the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) to have your credentials assessed; AND a copy of the letter from the CAMRT notifying a candidate of his or her assessment results and access to the national certification exam.

3111 Psychiatrists

Provide a copy of valid licensure (regular, provisional, or ministerial) from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS);

or

Provide a copy of the correspondence from Saskdocs including acknowledgement of candidate's eligibility letter for examination or certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Psychiatry (eligibility for examinations must have two or more years of eligibility remaining) and next steps to obtain licensure to work in Saskatchewan from the CPSS.

6331 Meat cutters
