Правительство Онтарио, которая традиционно является одной из самых популярных провинций в Канаде для иммиграции, открыло новое направление в своей иммиграционной программе Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), которое называется Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream. С помощью этого направления, кандидаты, зарегистрировавшиеся в Express Entry могут получить провинциальную номинацию и, как следствие, 600 баллов CRS, которые помогут им попасть в ближайший отбор и получить приглашение ITA подать документы на вид на жительство в Канаде.
Направление OINP Express Entry Skilled Trades открыто с 31 мая 2017 года. Оно направлено только на тех кандидатов в Express Entry, которые соответствуют требованиям федеральной программы Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Кандидаты должны отметить в профиле свое желание жить в провинции Онтарио или в “all provinces and territories” и дождаться письма с приглашением подать документы на провинциальную номинацию (Notification of Interest, NOI), которое будет доставлено электронно через Express Entry.Основные требования кандидату по направлению Express Entry Skilled Trades
- Зарегистрированный профайл в системе Express Entry
- Соответствие требованиям программы Canadian Experience Class (СЕС)
- Желание жить и работать в провинции Онтарио
- Опыт постоянной работы (full time или эквивалентной psrt time) в провинции Онтарио не менее 12 месяцев в предыдущие 2 года (на момент получения Notification of Interest). Опыт работы должен быть по рабочим специальностям из списка (см. ниже)
- Наличие провинциального квалификационного сертификата, если он требуется
- Проживание в Онтарио (на момент получения NOI) по действующему разрешению на работу
- Соответствие языковым требованиям программы (CLB 5)
- Наличие достаточных финансовых средств для переезда в провинцию (сбережения или доход)
Процесс получения провинциальной номинации Онтарио по программе Express Entry Skilled Trades:
1. Создайте профайл в системе отбора Express Entry, укажите Онтарио или "Все провинции Канады", как желаемое местопроживания.2. Получите от провинции Онтарио приглашение подать документы на провинциальную номинацию (Notification of Interest)
3. В течении 45 дней с момента получения Notification of Interest создайте профайл на OINP e-Filing Portal и отправьте заявление на вид на жительство вместе с пакетом сопровождающих документов. Все документы будут рассмотрены не только на соответствие направлению Express Entry Skilled Trades, но и на соответствие программе Canadian Experience Class.
4. Получите провинциальную номинацию от OINP (дополнительные 600 баллов в ЕЕ)
5. Дождитесь приглашения подать документы на постоянный вид на жительство (ITA)
6. Подайте документы на вид на жительство в Канаде
7. Получите подтверждение вида на жительство и иммиграционную визу
